Review • The next thing in Israeli B&B vacation rentals
The owners of the boutique hotel Ketamar Tifrach take you seriously. Four elegant suites fulfill the wildest, grandiose fantasy of Israeli vacationing: a giant (50 meter) private swimming pool for each couple, a huge Jacuzzi Spa in some of the suites, a private, dry sauna, a giant, adjustable bed (200 x 240!) and a breathtaking view. And these are only some of the things you'll find here...

אחוזת הבוטיק "כתמר יפרח", במושב יערה אשר בגליל המערבי, שייכת לאותם צימרים בגליל אותם אפשר להגדיר כ"הדבר הגדול הבא". בכדי לנמק את הקביעה המפתיעה הזאת הרשו לי להציג בפניהם "אתנחתא" פילוסופית קצרה על מהות הנופש היוקרתי בארץ:
סצנת הצימרים היוקרתיים אשר מתפתחת ומשתנה בשנים אחרונות בקצב יוצא מן הכלל מבטאת את הצורך של הנופש הישראלי בעל אמצעים בחופשה "מעודכנת" – כזו שלא פוסחת על שום חידוש ושכלול טכנולוגי, פינוק, פרטיות, עיצוב ואבזור.
רק לפני כמה שנים, לדוגמה, ג'קוזי ספא היה "הלהיט החדש", בו התגאו צימרים מעטים. לאחר מכן הוקמו שלל בריכות שחיה והיום כל צימר ש"מחשיב את עצמו" מתהדר בבריכה פרטית, ולרוב גם מחוממת, לכל יחידה.
אבל המרוץ אחרי "הטוב ביותר" לא פסק. צימר חדש, השואף להשאיר "חותם", חייב לחשוב כמה צעדים קדימה. מה יהיה הלהיט הבא? איזה חידוש טכנולוגי שרק "צץ" בשוק יהפוך ל"חביב הקהל" של הנופשים הבאים?
בעלי אחוזת הבוטיק "כתמר יפרח", אילנית ויואב לוקחים את העניין ברצינות ולכן ארבע הסוויטות המפוארות שלהם מממשות את הפנטזיה הגרנדיוזית ה"פרועה" ביותר של הנופש הישראלי: בריכת שחייה ענקית (50 מ"ר) מחוממת ופרטית לכל זוג, ג'קוזי ספא ענק בחלק מהיחידות, סאונה יבשה, גם היא פרטית, מיטה ענקית (240 על 200!) מתכווננת, נוף מרהיב עוצר נשימה. הרשימה שציינתי כאן כמובן לא שלמה ובהמשך הכתבה תפגשו עוד כמה וכמה "דובדבנים" מפתים לא פחות.
חשוב לציין שביצירת "כתמר יפרח" הצליחו הבעלים להתחמק ממלכודת נפוצה, בה "נופלים" רבים מצימרים מסוג זה: תופעת ה"קיטש'". העיצוב בסוויטות ובחצרות אלגנטי, נקי ושופע טעם ואף ניחן באווירה מרגשת באמת, בזכות אינטליגנציה רגשית גבוהה בה ניחנה אילנית: עצי הדקל שמקבלים פני האורחים בכניסה למתחם, מסמלים, על פי דברי המארחת "חוזק, עוצמה ופריחה- אבני היסוד של האחוזה".

החצר הפרטית והמבודדת של הסוויטות מרווחת, מושקעת ואסטטית, היא אכן התגשמות חלומותיו של כל נהנתן אמיתי. נופו הירוק והפראי של הגליל העליון- המתפאר בהרים רבי עוצמה העטופים בחורש טבעי- משמש כרקע מושלם לבריכת גלישה עמוקה ומשוכללת עם מדרגות בנויות.
בככדי לגוון את הפינוק נמצאת בקרבה בקתת סאונה פינית יבשה. ריהוט גן רב שפזור כאן מציע אפשרויות לבילוי שעות רבות בחוץ: ערסל נדנדה, שזלונגים לשיזוף, שולחן פיקניק ופינות ישיבה. בסוויטות החיצוניות – הראשונה והרביעית תמצאו גם שולחן ביליארד מפואר וג'קוזי גדול עגול במסגרת פסיפס הפונה לנוף.

כל ארבע הסוויטות זהות מבחינת העיצוב והאבזור למעט יתרון נוסף בסוויטה הראשונה אשר מאפשרת נגישות לנכים.
מבני הסוויטות באחוזה מרווחים ביותר (70 מ"ר), כשתקרתם עשויה בצורה גלית אסימטרית אשר מעניקה לחלל "טוויסט" ייחודי.
פלטת צבעים עשירה ועסיסית מכילה בתוכה גווני רקע סולידיים ונגיעות שובבות של צבעים נועזים: רצפת קרמיקה שחורה משתלבת עם קירות בצבעי קרם בהיר. על רקע זה מתבלט גוון כסוף מלכותי של מצעי המיטה והוילונות ואדום סקסי של כורסאות סלון.
העיצוב מודרני, מינימליסטי ומאופק מתאפיין בשמירה על מרחב פתוח וקווים נקיים. האווירה כאן משלבת בין חושניות נועזת ואריסטוקרטיות מתוחכמת. תאורה "ספוטית" ממוקדת, דלתות זכוכית, שטיחונים ואלמנטיים דקורטיביים נוספים מקנים לחלל מראה רך וסקסי, בדיוק כמו שנשים אוהבות...
המיטה המתכוונת אשר שוכנת במרכז הסוויטה משכה את תשומת לבי בשל גודלה הייחודי. גם אנחנו, האנשים הרגילים, עשויים למצוא יתרון או שניים במרחב שכזה...
כורסת שיאצו משוכללת הזכירה לי את הסיבה האמיתית לביקורים שלי בקניון נודע, שגם הוא מתפאר בכורסה שכזו. מסך LCD 52 אינצ' נצפה מצוין מכל נקודה בסוויטה ועל איכות השמיעה מופקדת כאן מערכת קולנוע איכותית. ג'קוזי ספא ענק השוכן בפינה מוקף בחלונות הפונים אל הטבע.
כורסאות סלון אדומות יפתיעו את האורחים – בנוסף לנוחות מרבית, הן גם נפתחות למצב שכיבה מרגיע. חדר הרחצה המעוצב להפליא הוא תענוג לעין ולגוף. כאן מחכה לכם מקלחון זוגי משוכלל עם ראש גשם ושפע תמרוקים מפנקים.
לסיכום:
ובכן, צימרים הם כבר מזמן לא מה שחשבנו עליהם פעם. נכון, את הפשטות החליף התחכום, ואת התחושה ה"נזירית" החליף השפע. אבל בכל זאת, אותו מסר ישן-נושן עדיין כאן: אל הצימר אנחנו באים בשביל להפריח רומנטיקה, לחזק זוגיות ולהעצים אהבה. וכאשר בונים אחוזה מפוארת שכזו עם כל כך הרבה אהבה, תשוקה ותשומת לב, משהו מזה תמיד מצליח לעבור גם אלינו, האורחים.

A little about the guest unit
The suites are identical in design and furnishings, and each suite has a dry Finnish sauna and a huge heated swimming pool. The suites are very large (70 sqm), where the ceiling is an asymmetric wave, giving the space a unique twist.
The rich color palette combines solid background colors with touches of bold colors, with the royal silver of bed sheets and drapes and the sexy red of the living room armchairs.
The design is minimalist and modern, with clean lines and open space, for a sophisticated, aristocratic atmosphere. Spotlights, glass doors, rugs and an adjustable bed in the middle of the room. A shiatsu chair, a 52" LCD screen that can be seen from any angle in the suite and a home entertainment system. There's a giant Jacuzzi Spa in the corner, next to windows overlooking the verdant nature outside.
The bathroom is beautifully designed, with a sophisticated double shower with rain shower head and loads of beauty creams for your pleasure.

The large outside area includes an indoor pool and dry Finnish sauna, as well as a large billiards table. Guests can stroll through the lovely garden areas and lush green lawns, stretch out on chaise longues and tanning beds. Gourmet meals are served on the covered terrace.
The suite is 70 meters of beauty, luxury and sophistication, with stone and wood décor. The furniture is classic, there's a restored stone wall, a high podium with indoor Jacuzzi, a stone fireplace and wrought iron art works. The leather sofa is wonderfully comfortable, and the floors are of dark tile.
The large bed (200/200) is in rich mahogany, handmade. There are two LCD screens – one above the bed and the other next to the Jacuzzi. Those who love high quality films can watch on the 42" screen that's connected to YES and a home entertainment system.
The kitchenette has a wood bar, two hotplates, an espresso machine, pots and pans for cooking full meals and lovely serving platters.

A certain type of vacation...
We arrived at the B&B and it's fair to say that we were disappointed in relation to what we expected. I will say that the B&B is wonderful and in perfect order, only that in relation to what we expected from the pictures and the inquiries we were quite disappointed, there is indeed a double jacuzzi in the suite and a nice outdoor swimming pool but everything is quite old and the design is not as beautiful as in the pictures, there is no machine A normal Nespresso coffee, for example, all in all the B&B is fine but not for those looking for luxury and quality, a nice B&B and in relation to the value a bit expensive

The entertainment is not pleasant
My wife and I were at the weekend enjoying Yam Ahava. The truth is, I expected to see a more beautiful place. But... the jacuzzi was working part-time. The pool is dirty, although it is heated. And I did not review the place in general. There are people walking around. It is in the north in the winter. There was never a problem with heating. Yes, the air conditioner was not heating enough and also kept disconnecting. In short, it was very cool in the room. I ordered breakfast at 8:30. I canceled a meal. I didn't get my money back. In short - those who want to save on their vacation - recommended!

Suite 1
We arrived on a mini honeymoon and unfortunately the experience was completely different from what we expected.
The place has an excellent heated private pool, a large adjustable bed and a very large jacuzzi - there is a lot of unrealized potential.
First, we were told that we could connect a cable to the TV and watch movies through the computer, in practice this was not possible.
The refreshments / treats we received were 3 apples, 2 oranges, a small time out, a small package of waffles and a small package of lotus cookies.
The towels were old and unpleasant for the body and one even had holes. The body robe was also not pleasant.
The floor, plates, coffee machine and cloth were dirty.
Instead of bottles, there were shower bags of shampoo and no shower gel either.
In the room, the privacy is very high, in the balcony / pool - there is privacy, but if there was a couple / family in the adjacent B&B, we would not feel comfortable.
A place that respects itself and charges over 1000 NIS per night, will ensure a completely different hospitality experience (it starts with the small details, which will be a pleasant towel paper for Lily and not a cheap one for Molt).
It should be noted that the staff at the place tried to improve our feeling as much as they could.
The place can suit a family.
We expected the owners of the place not to charge the full price for the 16 hours we were there (we agreed that we would arrive from 20:00 and at 12 we had to leave the place).

ע"פ החוק, ניתן לבטל את ההזמנה בתוך 14 יום מיום עשיית העסקה, בתנאי שהעסקה נעשתה לפחות 7 ימי עבודה לפני מועד מתן השירות. אם העסקה נעשתה "ברגע האחרון", כלומר פחות מ-7 ימים לפני מועד מתן השירות, זכות הביטול היא כקבוע בטופס אישור ההזמנה אשר ישלח ע"י בעל הצימר. אם ביטל הצרכן את העסקה בתוך המועד של 14 יום ועמד בתנאי הביטול, ישלם דמי ביטול של 5% מערך העסקה, או 100 ₪, הנמוך מביניהם.
