We liked it
The excellent connection to the outdoors, which is excellent in itself, the "personal tailoring" that the hosts do around your vacation, the charming design details.

This is a complex that was designed and planned with a lot of character and an emphasis on the small details. The hosts were able to create a "green island" that gives an endless feeling of freedom in front of the vast nature that is spread out in front of it. The equipment, the view and the nature of the hospitality are what make the difference, and they are what allow for a particularly romantic and magical vacation here.

I'll start with a seemingly minor detail: On the wall near the entrance door to the "Green Island" cabins is a chalkboard with a greeting from the hosts, Eddie and Golan, addressing the guests of the cabin by their first names and wishing them a magical vacation. In the eyes of the observers, this chalkboard has great importance - it is clear that these are hosts who simply care.
This is a complex containing only 2 cabins. The wide yard leads to the edge of the cliff from where a spectacular view spreads out. Standing at the edge of the cliff inspires the phrase "Green Island" - you feel truly alone in front of all this beauty.

What does the place include
The design of the two identical, spacious log cabins was done with a warm and thoughtful approach - some of the furniture, for example, was custom-built according to Eddie's drawings, while others were carefully selected from collector's stores and restored.
The cabins offer an excellent connection with the outdoors, with the outdoor terrace and the view. Inside you will find a dining area, a comfortable and well-equipped country kitchen, in the center of the cabin - an extra-large wooden bed with a king koil orthopedic mattress, an entertainment area with a surround sound system, an old-fashioned fireplace and more.
The upper level is home to a round jacuzzi surrounded by two huge windows with a view. Golan's clever planning, which is responsible for the technical specifications, tries to meet the needs of the guests: a double shower, a huge selection of movies to choose from, cataloged in a booklet by topic, popcorn, a set of sewing tools, and more.
You should know
Each guest visit is preceded by a phone call in which Edie inquires about preferences in food, drink, movies, and music. Preparations for the guests' arrival are made accordingly, so there's a good chance that a couple staying here will receive a vacation that is "tailored" well for them.
Pay attention to the small details here - they are extremely interesting: in the kitchen you will find a special device with willow branches, straw and wheat. In the bathroom, a natural beauty awaits you, in the living room you will discover a truly antique item - a shoe mold. Pay special attention to the linen box that serves as a bench: Adi found it in a house that was slated for demolition, adopted it to its core and renovated it.
Another special corner includes a floral "Grandpa" armchair and a matching floor lamp. These details are a source of pride for Edie, who designed them with her own hands. "I always dreamed of having these at home," she told me excitedly. In this corner you will also find the game box - which contains trivia, tacky and guidebooks for attractions in the area.

To describe the place, perhaps the lyrics of the song would suffice. The hosts' good taste is not limited to the interior design, the small details, or the way the vacation is "tailored" for you, but also to the way the cabins are connected to the tranquility that exists outside, and to the open landscape. This is one of the most intimate and successful lovers' retreats we have encountered.

Perfect place
This is the most beautiful B&B I have ever stayed in in my entire life. Even more beautiful than 5 star hotels in Thailand. Everything is perfect: the view, the design, the atmosphere, even the rain that was outside only added to the cosiness. Looking forward to coming back here in the summer. And then again in the winter and then in the spring and in general to move into this amazing B&B 3>

to dream with open eyes
The first thing you notice in the Ya Yerok cabin is the smell of fresh lavender that blends perfectly with the view from the windows. This is one example that summed up the incredible decrease in detail of the owners of the place. Thought has been put behind each element so that you can surrender to the peace, tranquility and pastoral atmosphere. The highlight for us was the private and well-kept garden that goes out to from the room. At the end, on a cliff, there is a bench that is only yours that overlooks the Sea of Galilee from a bird's eye view. A perfect spot to drink wine and surrender to nature and the silence around you.

In Ma'ale Gamla there is a magical and romantic accommodation cabin, equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and pleasant vacation. The place is clean and well-kept, tastefully decorated, complete privacy and a spectacular view in the blooming garden. We had an amazing and enjoyable vacation.
